So are you feeling low?

So have you had one those days that you feel down or low and yet cannot pin point the reason why?  How do you handle these type of days.  Some people will go out and have their favorite meal.  Some will go out to a place that helps them take their mind off of their feelings.  Others will surround themselves with people in hopes of lifting their spirit up.  So many different ways and yet not the same thing will work for every body  Don't be ashamed of sharing low  moments with  friends and family because your not alone, everyone has had those moments and sometimes just a little understanding from others can mean a world of difference.

And if all else fails... Read a Good Book!!!  But know your not alone.
